Grievance Policy

Grievance Policy applies to all students. Hypno Wellbeing Ltd is committed to providing a fair, safe and productive environment for all students and crew members, but recognises from time to time, students may have grievances about their experience at the training. This feedback is welcomed and is an important tool for monitoring and improving performance. In all instances Hypno Wellbeing Ltd will respond to grievances in a way that contributes to a fair learning environment with principles of fairness, equal opportunity and natural justice. We are committed to: • Transparency and consistency • Informal resolution of grievance wherever possible, and the creation and maintenance of harmonious and productive working and learning relationships • Privacy and confidentiality • Keeping all parties informed in a timely matter. All crew and students are expected to cooperate in the grievance procedure fully and openly, with and aim of reaching a productive solution. Intimidating, harassing, threatening, offensive or vexatious behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline to investigate a complaint, including but not limited to circumstances where another process is more appropriate, or where the issue is not sufficiently connected with Hypno Wellbeing Ltd. Where applicable, the student or crew member may make a confidential disclosure to Jan Haldane. Hypno Wellbeing Ltd takes grievance seriously and considers the successful resolution of grievances to be an important indicator of its overall performance. Steps will be taken to remedy the process. Grounds of grievance: Grounds of grievance include, but are not limited to: • Hypno Wellbeing Ltd failed to provide sufficient or appropriate resources • The student/crew member was affected by improper or negligent conduct, including bullying • The student/crew member was affected by unfair treatment, prejudice or bias Confidentiality and privacy: Grievances must be treated by all parties as strictly confidential. The means that information about the grievance shall only be discussed with, or made available to, a person who: a. Is a party of the grievance; or b. Is or has been legitimately involved in the management of the appeal/grievance; or c. Has a formal management role in following up consequences or implications of the grievance. All parties must be aware of the consequences if there is a breach of confidentiality, which may include student or crew members agreements to be voided. Responsibility: Jan Haldane has overall responsibility for the implementation and review of this policy. All crew/students whose role in the grievance, where they receive requests for information relating to grievances, provide information that is accurate and complete. Final decision: A written decision made by Hypno Wellbeing Ltd to the complainant in writing when all internal appeal avenues with in the grievance process is resolved or if applicable been exhausted.
